1. Products

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices and information are accurate. However, colours and appearances may vary slightly from what is shown online.

We reserve the right to change product information, prices and availability at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product availability issues.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and delivery location.

BARE BEAUTY CARE is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, incorrect delivery information or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Eligible returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Non-electric products, sale items, gift cards, personalised items and other excluded products are non-returnable and non-refundable as stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions provided.

BARE BEAUTY CARE is not responsible for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect, improper or unauthorised use of a product.

For beauty and personal-care products, customers should check the ingredients and product information before use and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

All content on our website, including logos, images, text, graphics and product information, belongs to BARE BEAUTY CARE or its respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.

To the extent permitted by South African law, BARE BEAUTY CARE will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable South African law.
